Guided by a group of locals, who transport goods for a living, they started their adventure. The journey is full of dangers and challenges, every step on the way had to be made with caution. The biting cold lessened their motivation day by day, but a successful teamwork and a breathtaking trekking experience kept them from withdrawing and
giving up. This film shows what it is like to live under extreme conditions and how it shapes and changes our perception of the world around us. In June 2015, an international team of office workers entered the mysterious Karakorum, a restricted conflict zone close to the border between Pakistan and India. They planed to cross the “Gondogoro LA”
pass, which is located near the second highest mountain peak of the world named Qogir (K2). This was the first team to get a trekking permit from the Pakistan government since 2013.
