Due to well-known pandemic reason, although the Golden Tree International Documentary Film Festival has never stopped, a very important section of the the Festival, the Joint Production Meeting Hall has not been open for three years. After thorough preparations, it will reopen during the 8th Golden Tree International Documentary Film Festival in Paris, France from April 25th to 27th, 2024.

The Joint Production Meeting Hall provides the following services to people of the global documentary field:

 

Documentary proposal service: the proposer applies to the organizing committee with his/her project plan and the organizing committee provides an opportunity during the Meeting Hall so that the proposer can present the project plan to the individuals and organizations of the documentary trade in person, and helps the proposer to solve issues such as investment, pre-sales, and broadcasting.

Investment demand service: investors provide their intended investment demand and the organizing committee recommends high-quality documentary proposals to them.

Broadcasting rights agency distribution service: documentary rights holders submit distribution needs and the organizing committee assists in connecting with copyright agencies.

Purchasing intention requires service: the purchasing party clearly states the purchasing intention and the organizing committee provides it with a suitable agency or documentary project.

 

Documentaries around the world can submit their specific project needs to the Golden Tree International Documentary Film Festival, and the organizing committee will connect interested partners based on the registration requirements. Golden Tree will provide extensive communication opportunities for documentary investors, purchasers, TV stations, agencies, directors, producers and production teams. Proposers can present the project content in person, and then resolve investment, pre-sale, broadcasting and other issues so as to achieve in-depth partnership in the art and commercial fields of documentary.
